When you buy one of Natalias pictures here at artkonovalova.com, you will purchase a unique and authentic work of art that was painted by Natalia herself.

All works by Natalia carry her signature (usually on the front) to certify authenticity. Also, together with the art work itself, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by Natalia to document the authenticity and uniqueness of the work.

We are shipping worldwide
We are shipping all of Natalias pictures to all countries from Berlin (Germany).

We currently only have packaging & shipping fees for Europe and the US. If you are not from one of these areas, please contact us here and we will tell you how much shipping will cost you.
​We will provide you with a DHL tracking ID to track the your picture(s). 

We cannot accurately predict how long it will take for your artworks to arrive, but you can take these as a rule of thumb:
  • Europe: ~one week - 10 days
  • USA: ~14 days

All pictures will be shipped via DHL rolled in rock-solid cardboard tubes that are very safe against most kinds of damage.

Shipping & packaging fees are flat fees up to a weight of 5 kilograms. We will tell you if your order should exceed this limit.

Please contact us for more details (click to get to the contact page) if you are buying multiple pictures, larger pictures or outside the US or Europe.
If you do not like Natalias picture after you received it, please let us know. 

We will accept returns within 30 days after you have received the picture. 

We will then refund the price (picture should arrive back with us here in good shape, please make sure to wrap well).
We will not refund your return shipping fees.
